Geoscience Teaching

Over the past five years, I've occasionally taught Introductory Physical Geology (G1101) with the intent of attracting more Geology majors. And every Summer I direct part of Geology Field Camp, a 5-week intensive course located in central Idaho that teaches students to describe rocks and structures and especially to make geologic maps.  Prior to 2012 I taught numerous graduate and undergraduate courses in structural geology and regional tectonics.
